Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, take orders, and handle cash transactions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Strong sales skills and ability to upsell menu items
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and different types of beverages
- Understanding of retail math for accurate cash handling
